Beginnings: Taking Root Where It's Hardest

We've never been opportunists chasing trends. In 2009, when cloud computing was just emerging, we dove headfirst into the most tedious and complex low-level system architecture. For over a decade, we focused on one thing: relentlessly refining enterprise infrastructure to keep systems stable, running, and crash-free in the most demanding environments.

Line by line of rigorously written code earned us the trust of Silicon Valley's top VCs and chip giants like Intel, putting us at the forefront of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) worldwide. These were seventeen years of building our foundation.

Pivot: We Saw the Industry's Real Pain

But the world changed. The AI wave swept in, and everyone was talking about how smart large models were. Yet when we went deep into factory floors, hospital clinics, and enterprise data centers, we saw a very different picture.

Enterprises facing AI often find it "too expensive to use, too hard to use, too risky to use." Models are held hostage by expensive single-vendor hardware; compute power is controlled by others. The stunning demos from launch events fail repeatedly in real industrial scenarios due to lack of industry expertise and security compliance issues.

Rebirth: Tearing Down and Starting Over

True innovation means daring to tear down what you've built. In 2025, standing at a strategic crossroads, we made a decision that outsiders would call insane: completely rebuild the core architecture that had been market-proven and brought us countless accolades.

We upgraded our years of accumulated low-level capabilities into MaxtaOS — an AI operating base purpose-built for heterogeneous compute. We partnered with computing science academicians, top clinical medicine professors, and smart manufacturing leaders, packaging their precious expert knowledge into MaxModel, an enterprise-ready model marketplace.

This time, we're not just solving the infrastructure problem of "can AI run" — we're striking at the core: making AI deliver real ROI for enterprises.
